Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name and email when you join the free training — and limited technical data (device, browser, and usage analytics) collected automatically to operate and improve the site.

We use your information to deliver the training and resources you request, communicate with you, improve our content and offers, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. With your separate advertising consent, Meta Pixel shares public page visits, Playbook views and checkout starts with Meta to measure advertising and build relevant audiences. Meta can receive the page URL, browser and device information, IP address, cookie identifiers and ad-click information. We use the same dataset on letsgrowmore.com and owen.com, with each site's consent choice kept separate.

Choose Accept all, Analytics only or Decline in the cookie notice. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining advertising cookies does not prevent a purchase. We exclude private Playbook access and download routes from Meta tracking and do not send card details, download tokens or form contents through the pixel. Meta also uses event data under its own privacy policy: Meta Privacy Policy.

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the site (for example email and analytics platforms), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. We use your order reference, payment status and checkout email to confirm access, deliver the PDF through Resend, recover download links and handle support or refunds. Card details are handled by Stripe. A purchase does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

If you request an implementation-guarantee refund, we review the evidence you choose to provide. Please redact client names and sensitive information. We use it to assess your request, not for public testimonials or advertising.

If you request the free AI audit, we use your name, email and selected business priorities to prepare and email an instant self-assessment. Resend handles delivery, and a copy of the request reaches our business inbox. The assessment uses predefined guidance matched to your answers; it does not inspect your website or private business records.

You can separately ask Owen to contact you about implementation. Requesting an audit does not subscribe you to marketing emails. With advertising consent, we send Meta a Lead event after the audit request has been successfully processed, without your email address or form answers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us through our official channels.
